Features
What BehaviorNotes.com can do for you depends on whether you are an Administrator or a
Teacher.
Reports - Run detailed reports to retrieve any information you need. From students to school,
and from behaviors to who reported an incident, it is all available.
Analysis - Compare anything; students, classes, grades, or schools. Perform comparisons based on
behavior, gender, race, or time of day. Filter the results by any parameter from date to activity.
Consistent Parameters - Share a common set of behaviors and interventions for all teachers
in a school, or all schools in a district. This provides consistency and eases setup. Load the data once and
it is ready for all teachers to use.
Quick Setup - We will load all of your initial setup information for you. Simply provide us
with the necessary data in electronic form and we will load it into the system. We will even create teacher accounts
for you based on the information you provide. All teachers have to do is setup their activity schedule
(ex: Math at 9:00 AM, Reading at 2:00 PM,...) and they can start documenting behaviors.
Control - All of the information stored in BehaviorNotes.com is strictly controlled according
to a defined security hierarchy. Teachers can access information about their students, but not other students.
School administrators can access information about all students in their school, but not other schools. District
administrators can access information about students from any school in their district.
Centralized - All information is stored on BehaviorNotes.com servers, accessible from any
web browser. Whether you are in a classroom, a principal's office, or at the district office, you can get to
BehaviorNotes.com from any computer.
Secure - From login to logout everything between the browser and BehaviorNotes.com servers is
secured using SSL.
Quick Entry - First and foremost, documenting standard behavioral incidents is quick and easy,
it takes only seconds to document a behavioral incident. The entry form consists primarily of drop-downs and
automatically populated fields.
Easy Setup - If your school or district is using a common set of behaviors and interventions
then all you have to do is enter your activity schedule (ex: Math at 9:00 AM, Reading at 2:00 PM,...) and you can
start entering incidents.
Personalized - Even if your school or district does use a common set of behaviors and interventions
you can still add and use your own.
Advanced Entry - Not all incidents involve only one student and need to be addressed by only
one intervention. For those more complex incidents there is the advanced entry form. With multiple participants,
multiple interventions, and additional fields, the advanced entry form can handle your most complex behavioral
documentation needs.
Reports - Whether you need to pull up everything entered for a particular student, or compare
a student to the class, BehaviorNotes.com enables you to actively manage and leverage the information you
have collected.
